Round Hanging Banners

Circular overhead signs from 5 ft up to 20 ft in diameter, in straight-sided and tapered profiles.

Round is the most common choice for a reason: the graphic wraps continuously with no seams or corners, so there is no angle from which it reads badly. If you're hanging one sign and you want it to work from every aisle, this is the shape.

Straight or tapered?

Straight gives you a consistent cylinder — the same graphic height all the way round, which is the easier canvas for a logo and a line of text.

Tapered narrows toward the top or bottom. It's a more designed-looking object and it reads well in halls where people see it from below at an angle, but the artwork has to be built for the taper, so allow for that at the design stage.

Sizing it

Diameter should be proportional to your booth. A 20 ft round sign over a 10x10 looks odd and may breach height rules; a 5 ft sign over a 30x30 island disappears. As a rough starting point, 8 to 10 ft suits a 10x20, and 12 to 20 ft suits an island.

Ceiling height and the show's maximum sign height both constrain this, and they vary by venue. Send us your exhibitor kit and we'll size it against the actual rules.
