DG Creativ, LLC operates this website. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DG Creativ. DG Creativ offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions,” “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including, without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms & Conditions.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website after posting any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:

You have 30 days from receiving your order to contact us about a return, exchange or refund. Get in touch and we will send you return instructions and a label. Printed graphics and custom products cannot be returned, as they are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold. Hardware, stands and frames can be returned within the 30 days.

SHIPPING:

Most items ship free by ground service within the continental United States, with no minimum order. Oversized items, including some counters and larger portable displays, ship by freight and are quoted at checkout; those shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping charges that have been paid are not refundable.

We ship via UPS and standard freight carriers and follow their published terms and exclusions. We are unable to refund delays caused by events beyond the carrier’s control, including but not limited to the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery, acts of God, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, insufficient information provided by a customer, hazardous materials improperly offered for transport, government security regulations, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil unrest, disruptions in national or local air or ground transportation networks, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, and adverse weather conditions.

On international shipments, duties, taxes and broker fees are the receiver’s responsibility and are payable to the destination country. DG Creativ, LLC is not responsible for taxes or broker fees imposed by any foreign government or entity, nor for shipping delays caused by a government agency.

DAMAGED, LOST OR MISDIRECTED ORDERS:

If your order arrives damaged, or a carrier loses or misdirects it, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Call 330.968.0678 or email sales@dgcreativ.com, tell us what is wrong, and send a photo if you can. We file and manage the carrier claim on your behalf — you do not need to deal with the shipper. Once the damage is confirmed, we produce and ship replacements at our cost, typically 2–4 business days for hardware and 3–5 business days for graphics.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

www.dgcreativ.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if www.dgcreativ.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. When placing an order with DG Creativ, the customer agrees to the terms of our limited liability and return and refund policies. DG Creativ’s limit of liability is the purchase price of the product purchased. The customer agrees to hold DG Creativ harmless for any costs other than those associated with the direct purchase price of the product. A product may be either refunded or repaired at DG Creativ’s discretion if it is within the return policy time frame. In no event shall DG Creativ’s liability to Customer for any claims under this Agreement exceed the amount paid by Customer to www.dgcreativ.com during the three (3) months preceding the occurrence of the event giving rise to Customer’s claim.

USE OF SITE:

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a www.dgcreativ.com or other licensed employee, host, or representative, and other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization. We reserve the right to refuse service.
