Trade Show Counters & Podiums

Counters, podiums and reception desks for trade show booths — including backlit lightbox counters and models that double as the shipping case for the rest of your display.

Why the counter earns its place

It's where the conversation actually happens. It holds literature and a laptop, hides your bags and coats, gives a visitor somewhere to set down a coffee and sign something, and gives your staff somewhere to stand other than hovering in the aisle.

A booth without one tends to have people standing in front of the graphic, blocking it.

The one most people miss: the counter that ships your booth

Several models here are built around a molded shipping case. The case carries your backdrop and hardware to the show, then a printed wrap turns it into the counter on the floor.

That means one less crate to ship, one less crate to pay drayage on, and nothing to store empty behind the booth for three days. For anyone doing several shows a year, this is usually the single most practical purchase on this page.

Backlit or not?

A backlit counter is a light source at waist height. In a dim hall or a busy aisle it pulls attention from several booths away and makes your staff look lit rather than shadowed. It costs more and needs power, which means ordering electrical service in advance.

An unlit counter with a strong graphic does the same functional job for less, and in a bright hall the difference is smaller than the price gap suggests.

Graphics are replaceable

The frame or case is the durable part. When your branding changes you reprint the wrap, not the counter — which is what makes these worth buying rather than renting if you exhibit more than once or twice a year.
