10' Round Trade Show Hanging Sign | Overhead Circular Fabric Banner

A 10 ft. diameter round hanging sign, sized for 10x20 inline spaces and 20x20 islands. Ten feet is the point where a hanging sign stops being decoration and starts working as a landmark: at a 48 in. or taller face it is legible from the far end of a main aisle, which is how attendees with a floor plan in their hand actually find a booth.

The frame is extruded aluminum tube in sections joined by internal push buttons, so it assembles without tools. The graphic is a zippered pillowcase that slides over the ring and zips along the top edge, pulling the fabric taut. Printing is dye sublimation, so the color is in the fabric and survives folding and repeated shows.

Single-sided prints the outer ring with white or black fabric inside. Double-sided prints the inner ring as well, which matters more at this diameter than at smaller ones: on an island booth, people are standing underneath it and looking up.

Frequently asked questions

How does it get hung? The sign ships with its hanging hardware: cable, chain, spring, eye hooks and locks. You assemble it and the hall's rigging contractor raises it. In most convention centers that contractor is an exclusive and the work is ordered through the show's exhibitor service kit. Rigging labor and lift time are billed by the show, separately from material handling, and the order has a deadline, so read the kit when it arrives.

Will a 10 ft. sign fit my booth? It is the standard choice over a 10x20 inline space and a 20x20 island. Shows normally require a hanging sign to stay within the footprint you have rented, measured from the floor plan rather than from where your booth walls end, so a 10 ft. ring is safe over 10x20 and up. Over a 10x10 it is too wide; use the 5 ft. or 8 ft. instead.

Can the graphic be replaced later? Yes. The ring is reusable and a replacement zippered fabric graphic can be printed for it when the branding changes, without buying the frame again.
