Hanging Banners & Ceiling Signs

Overhead signage that puts your name above the booth, where it's visible from across the hall rather than from the next aisle.

Aluminum frame, tension fabric graphic, hanging hardware and a transport case. Sizes run from 5 ft up to 20 ft across four shapes.

Which shape should you pick?

Round — the default, and usually the right one. Continuous 360-degree graphic with no edges, so it reads the same from every direction and there's no bad angle. Straight and tapered versions available.

Square — four flat faces. Choose this when you want four distinct panels rather than one wrapping image, or when your booth faces aisles at right angles and you want a face squared to each.

Triangle — three faces, less material, lighter and generally less expensive than a round or square of the same width. A sensible choice for a corner booth with three approaches rather than four.

Cube — a true three-dimensional box with depth. It reads as an object rather than a sign, which is the point. Best where ceiling height gives it room to breathe.

Before you order one, check three things

Is hanging signage allowed? Many halls restrict overhead signs to island booths only, and inline spaces often can't have them at all. The show's exhibitor kit says which.

What's the height limit? Kits specify a maximum height to the top of the sign, and it varies by show and by booth type.

Rigging is its own trade, with its own deadline. Hanging a sign usually isn't part of your booth install — it's separate labor, ordered separately, often weeks in advance, and it costs more if you order late. This is the line people forget, and it's not small.

Send us the exhibitor kit with your quote request and we'll read the rules for you rather than making you interpret them.
