12' Round Trade Show Hanging Sign | Overhead Circular Fabric Banner

A 12 ft. diameter round hanging sign for a large 10x20 or a 20x20 and up island. Going from 10 ft. to 12 ft. lengthens the ring by a fifth, so the printed band gets a fifth wider at the same face height. That buys legibility at distance rather than a different look. If your booth is competing with neighbors who also hang signs, the extra two feet is what keeps yours from reading as one of a row.

The frame is extruded aluminum tube in sections joined by internal spring buttons; it assembles without tools. The graphic is a zippered pillowcase that slides over the ring and zips along the top edge to pull the fabric taut. Printing is dye sublimation, so the color is in the fabric rather than on it, and folding the graphic back into its bag after a show does not mark it.

Single-sided prints the outer ring and leaves white or black fabric inside. Double-sided prints the inner ring too, which is worth the cost on an island, where attendees stand under the sign and look up through it.

Frequently asked questions

How does it get hung? The sign ships with its hanging hardware: cable, chain, spring, eye hooks and locks. You assemble it and the hall's rigging contractor raises it. In most convention centers that contractor is an exclusive and the work is ordered through the show's exhibitor service kit. Rigging labor and lift time are billed by the show, separately from material handling, and the order has a deadline.

Is 12 ft. too big for my space? Over a 20x20 island it is well within the footprint. Over a 10x20 inline it fits, but check the show's rules first: many halls limit a hanging sign to the dimensions of the space you rented and to a maximum top height, and both are enforced at install. If your show caps sign size, the 10 ft. ring is the safer order.

Can the graphic be replaced later? Yes. The frame is the part you keep; a new zippered fabric graphic can be printed for the same ring for a later show.
