3D Cube Trade Show Hanging Sign | Overhead Square Box Display

A four-sided cube hanging sign in 5, 8 and 10 ft. sizes. Where a round sign gives you one continuous band to work with, a cube gives you four flat faces at 90 degrees, so each one can carry a different message: the company name on two opposite faces, a product line or a booth number on the others. From an aisle you see one face square on rather than a curve, which keeps type straight and readable.

The frame is extruded aluminum tube that snaps together on spring buttons, with no tools needed. The graphic is a zippered pillowcase that pulls over the assembled cube and zips closed so the fabric sits taut on each face. Printing is dye sublimation onto stretch fabric with a black or white backing, so the color is in the cloth and folding it back into its bag between shows does not mark it.

A printed bottom face is available, which is worth considering on an island booth: it is the face attendees standing underneath actually look at, and it is usually left blank. Ask for it when you order, since it is not a listed option.

How does it get hung? The cube ships with its hanging hardware. You assemble it on the floor and the hall's rigging contractor lifts and suspends it. In most convention centers that contractor is an exclusive and the work is ordered through the show's exhibitor service kit. Rigging labor and lift time are billed by the show, separately from material handling, and the order has a deadline.

Which size goes over which booth? The 5 ft. cube suits a 10x10 or 10x20 inline space. The 8 ft. is a good match over a 10x20 or a 20x20 island. The 10 ft. is for a 20x20 and larger island, where there is room for the footprint and the ceiling height to hang it high enough to clear sightlines. Shows normally cap a hanging sign at the dimensions of the space you rented and at a maximum top height; both are in the exhibitor kit.

Can each face carry different artwork? Yes. The graphic is printed as one piece that wraps all four faces, so different artwork per face is a layout decision made at the art stage. Say so when you order and the template is set up that way.

Can the graphic be replaced later? Yes. The aluminum frame is the part you keep between shows and a new fabric graphic can be printed for the same cube.
