MODCO 25 Custom 10x10 Modular Trade Show Booth Package

MODCO 25 is a 10 ft. exhibit wall built from aluminum extrusion. Assembled it is 117.375 in. wide and 96.25 in. high, and only 17 in. deep, which is the number that matters: it is a flat back wall for an inline 10 x 10 space, not an enclosed booth. The shallow depth leaves the whole 10 x 10 floor free for a counter, a table, product, and people.

The frame carries silicone edge graphics. A silicone bead is sewn around each printed fabric panel and pressed into a channel in the extrusion, which is what gives the flat, borderless face with no visible frame edge around the print. Panels come out and go back in, so the frame is the purchase you keep and the graphic is what you change.

Setup

Two people. No setup time is published for this configuration; allow about an hour and a half for a first build. The extrusions pin together, cover profiles hide the joints, and the graphic goes on last. Nothing threads and there is no loose hardware.

One caution worth reading before you plan on your own staff doing it: union exhibit halls can require the hall's labor for a structure of this size. The rule differs by venue and by show and is stated in the exhibitor kit.

How this compares to the other 10 ft. MODCO package

The MODCO 4 10x10 is 117 in. deep and encloses the booth on more than one face, at $8,585 and 635 lb. MODCO 25 is the same width and height at 17 in. deep, $1,120 less, and 156 lb lighter to freight. A wall against a room. Neither is better; they answer different booth plans.

Against a pop-up fabric backdrop in the same footprint, the difference is rigidity. A tube or accordion frame flexes, so it will not reliably carry a monitor mount, shelving, or an attached counter. Extrusion will.

Shipping

Shipping on this item is quoted at checkout. At 479 lb it moves by LTL freight, so we confirm the delivery address and the freight cost with you before production starts. Say whether the address has a loading dock or needs a liftgate.

Questions

Can I reprint the graphic later? Yes. The aluminum frame is reusable and the SEG panel can be reprinted on its own for a product launch, a rebrand, or a seasonal message.

I already have a graphic from another display. Will it fit this frame? Almost certainly not. An SEG panel is cut to one system's bead gauge, channel depth and panel dimension, and none of that is standardized between manufacturers, so a graphic made for another frame will not tension correctly in this one. Can it be expanded? Yes. MODCO is a grid system, so these sections combine with other MODCO frames, arches, lighting, and counter pods to build a 10 x 20 or an island layout later.

What artwork do you need? Print-ready files at the panel size. Send your logo and brand assets if you do not have artwork at size and we will build them.
