MODCO 4 Custom 10x10 Modular Trade Show Booth Package

MODCO 4 is a 10 x 10 exhibit built from aluminum extrusion rather than a flexible tube frame. Assembled it stands 117 in. wide, 117 in. deep and 98 in. high, so it occupies a standard 10 x 10 inline space and encloses it on more than one face. It is a structure, not a backdrop with a table in front of it.

The frame carries silicone edge graphics. A thin silicone bead is sewn around the perimeter of each printed fabric panel and pressed into a channel in the extrusion, which is what produces the flat, borderless face. Panels come out and go back in, so the frame is the long-term purchase and the graphics are what you replace when the branding changes.

Setup

Two people. No setup time is published for this configuration, so allow a couple of hours for a first build and less once a crew has done it once. The extrusions pin together, the cover profiles hide the joints, and the graphics go on last. Nothing threads, and there is no loose hardware to lose on a show floor.

Check one thing before you plan to build it yourself. In union exhibit halls, assembly of a structure this size can fall to the hall's own labor rather than your staff, and the rules differ by venue and by show. They are stated in the exhibitor kit, and they are worth reading before you budget.

How this compares to the other 10 ft. MODCO package

The MODCO 25 is 17 in. deep: a flat 10 ft. wall for an inline space. MODCO 4 is 117 in. deep and encloses the booth. If you want a room, this is the one. If you want a wall, the 25 is $1,120 less and 156 lb lighter to freight.

Shipping

Shipping on this item is quoted at checkout. At 635 lb in a crate it moves by LTL freight, so we confirm the delivery address and the freight cost with you before the order goes into production. Tell us whether the receiving address has a loading dock or needs a liftgate, because at this weight it changes the cost.

Questions

Can I reprint single graphic panels later? Yes. The aluminum frame is the durable part. Individual SEG panels can be reprinted to the sizes listed above without buying frame.

I already have a graphic from another display. Will it fit these frames? Almost certainly not. An SEG panel is cut to one system's bead gauge, channel depth and panel dimension, and none of that is standardized between manufacturers, so a graphic made for another frame will not tension correctly in this one. What to measure before you buy a frame for a graphic you already own.

Can it be reconfigured? Yes. MODCO is a grid system. These extrusions combine with other MODCO frames, arches, and counter pods, and a portion of them builds a 10 ft. wall for a smaller show.

What do I need to supply? Print-ready artwork at the panel sizes above. If you do not have files at size, send your logo and brand assets and we will build them.
