30' x 10' MODCO® 16 | Three Enclosed 10x10 Rooms, Lockable Doors

Modco 16 is a pre-configured 30 x 10 ft. run of three separate, fully enclosed 10 x 10 ft. rooms, each with its own door, lockset and key. The frames are perforated modular aluminum and pin together without tools; the perforations are covered on the assembled build. Finished size is 351 in. wide, 97.5 in. deep and 95.25 in. high. The kit weighs 1,931 lbs with frames and SEG graphics and ships in two heavy-duty crates.

All three rooms are solid-walled on every side, which is the difference between this configuration and Modco 18 — that one puts an acrylic window across the front of each room. Choose Modco 16 when what happens inside should be private: screenings, consultations, interviews, secure product, or three brands sharing one 30 ft. frontage without hearing each other.

Shipping

Freight on this item is quoted by us, not priced in the cart. At 1,931 lbs in two crates it moves by LTL freight, and no shopping cart can rate that honestly — so call or request a quote before you order and we will confirm the delivery address and the freight cost with you in writing. Tell us whether the crates are going to the show's advance warehouse or direct to the hall, and whether the receiving address has a dock or needs a liftgate, because at this weight both change the number.

Production time

Confirmed in writing on the quote. This is built to order with graphics printed to the panel sizes listed below, so ask for the date before you commit to a show and plan artwork approval around it.

Check the show rules first

Enclosed rooms are the configuration most likely to run into a show regulation. Many shows restrict ceilings, require a fire-rated or open top on an enclosed structure, or treat a lockable room as storage subject to its own rule, and a 30 ft. inline run at 95.25 in. high can also exceed a height cap. All of it is in the exhibitor kit. If the configuration has to change to conform, email sales@dgcreativ.com and we will quote a custom configuration rather than ship you something the hall will not let you build.

The same kit says who may assemble it. In a union exhibit hall a structure of this size is normally put up by the hall's own labor, which is a separate line in the show budget and is not in this price.

The manufacturer publishes a single-crate dimension of 104" L x 54" W x 44" H for this frame family, which does not square with a two-crate shipment. We confirm the actual piece count and crate sizes on the quote rather than guess from the catalog line.

Questions

Can it run in a smaller space? Yes. MODCO is a modular grid, so a portion of these frames and graphics builds a single enclosed 10 x 10 room, or a 10 x 20 inline wall, for a smaller show. Tell us the show sizes you exhibit at and we will say which sub-configurations this kit covers.

Can I reprint single panels? Yes. The aluminum frames are the durable part and individual SEG panels can be reprinted to the sizes listed above without buying frame.

I already have graphics from another exhibit. Will they fit these frames? No. An SEG panel is cut to one system's bead gauge, channel depth and panel dimension, and none of that is standardized between manufacturers. What to measure before you buy a frame for a graphic you already own.

Where does it live between shows? With us, if you want. Two crates of exhibit is a real problem for most offices, and the alternative is paying drayage to send it somewhere each time. We hold exhibits for customers and quote it monthly on the floor space your crates actually occupy, plus anything you want done while it is here — cleaning, inspection after a rough show, or a reprinted graphic ready for the next date. There is no flat rate because a 20 ft. inline and a 30 x 30 island do not take the same floor. Tell us what you own and we will price it.

What artwork do you need? Print-ready files at the panel sizes above. Send your logo and brand assets if you do not have artwork at size and we will build the files and proof them.

DG Creativ is in Stow, Ohio, and installation is half of this company's work. For shows in Cleveland, Akron and Columbus we can quote receiving the freight, working with the hall's labor requirements, setting the exhibit up and breaking it down afterward.
