Why this one is different
Every other backdrop on this site has to be shipped to the show. That means freight out, freight back, and material handling at the hall — charged by weight, with a minimum, every single time.
This one goes in the overhead bin with you.
For a single rep working a regional show, skipping those lines frequently saves more than the display costs. It's the reason this is one of the most ordered products we carry, and the reason we'd point a first-time exhibitor at it before anything else.
It also means no crate to track, nothing to chase when freight is late, and no possibility of arriving at a show without your booth. If you have ever stood in an empty space at 7am waiting on a delivery, that is worth something on its own.
The honest caveats
Check your airline. It's built to meet most carry-on size limits, but limits vary by carrier and by aircraft, and regional jets are tighter. Confirm before you fly.
It's a backwall, not a booth. At 16 inches deep it gives you a graphic wall. If you need storage, a counter or a lit element, pair it with something from Counters & Podiums.
Check the height. At 89.75" it suits standard inline booths, but some shows cap backwall height lower. The exhibitor kit will say.

Shipping
Free ground shipping within the continental United States. It ships as a parcel in its own travel bag, which is the whole point of it.
What's in each option
Graphic Package — 8ft frame, four 10ft conversion tubes, deluxe travel bag, and your single or double-sided graphic.
Hardware Only — 8ft frame, four 10ft conversion tubes and the travel bag, with no graphic. The right choice if you already own a compatible skin.
Graphic Only — a replacement or second skin for a frame you already have. Rebranding doesn't mean rebuying.
The travel bag has wheels, a telescoping handle, storage pockets and pass-through ports for USB charging (battery pack not included).
A note on the Hardware Only option: "compatible skin" means a pillowcase graphic sewn for a frame of these exact dimensions, with the zip on the bottom rail. A sleeve made for a different frame will not pull over this one or will not tension. If you are buying hardware for a graphic you already own, measure it first — what to check before buying a frame for a graphic you already own.
Artwork
Send PDF, AI, EPS or high-resolution JPEG/PNG. We'll supply the template with the correct bleed and the safe area — the pillowcase fit means a band around the edge wraps out of sight, and artwork built without accounting for that loses its edges. If you don't have print-ready files, we can build them.
If it's going to a show we cover
You can set this up yourself in minutes — that's the point of it. But if it's part of a larger booth, we can handle installation and project management and store it between shows.
