5' Square Trade Show Hanging Sign | Overhead 4-Sided Fabric Display

A 5 ft. square hanging sign with four flat faces, sized for 10x10 and 10x20 inline booths. The square shape is the practical choice over a small footprint: each face is read straight on from the aisle it faces, so type stays level and a logo is not wrapped around a curve. Four faces also means the two aisle-facing sides can carry the company name while the others carry a product line or a booth number.

The frame is extruded aluminum tube in sections that lock together on internal snap buttons, so it goes up without tools. The graphic is a zippered pillowcase that slides over the assembled square and zips along the top edge, pulling the fabric taut on each face. Printing is dye sublimation, so the color is in the fabric and the graphic can be folded back into its bag show after show without marking.

Single-sided prints the four outer faces, and you choose white or black backing fabric for the inside. Double-sided prints the inner faces as well, which is the view from inside the booth looking up.

Frequently asked questions

How does it get hung? The sign ships with its hanging hardware: cable, chain, spring, eye hooks and locks. You assemble it and the hall's rigging contractor raises it. In most convention centers that contractor is an exclusive and the rigging is ordered through the show's exhibitor service kit. Rigging labor and lift time are billed by the show, separately from material handling, and the order has a deadline, so read the kit when it arrives.

Is 5 ft. square the right size for a 10x10? Yes. It sits inside the footprint you have rented, which is what shows measure against, and four 5 ft. faces give more usable logo area over a small booth than a 5 ft. round ring does. Over a 20x20 island, step up to the 8 or 10 ft. cube.

Square or round? Square if your artwork is a logo and a line of type that needs to sit straight, or if you want different messages on different sides. Round if you want a continuous band of color and a shape that reads the same from every angle.

Can the graphic be replaced later? Yes. The frame is reusable and a replacement zippered fabric graphic can be printed for it when the branding changes.
