MODCO 23 is a 20 x 10 exhibit built from aluminum extrusion rather than a flexible tube frame. Assembled it stands 236 in. wide, 117 in. deep and 98 in. high, filling a standard 10 x 20 inline space and enclosing it, so the booth reads as a built environment with zones inside it rather than a long back wall.

The frame carries silicone edge graphics. A silicone bead sewn around the perimeter of each printed fabric panel presses into a channel in the extrusion, which gives a flat face with no frame edge visible around the print. Because the extrusion is rigid rather than flexible, it will carry monitor brackets, shelving, and counter pods without sagging. Graphic panels come out and go back in, so the aluminum is the long-term purchase.

Unlike the other 20 ft. MODCO configuration, the manufacturer does not publish a frame-by-frame bill of materials for the 23. We will get it from our fabrication partner on request, and at this price you should ask for it before you order. Call and we will send the full list, including whether shelving or countertops are part of the package.

The other 20 ft. MODCO package

The MODCO 4 20 x 10 is published at the same assembled size, 236 x 98 x 117 in., at $21,500, and its contents are itemized: eleven frames plus four shelves and two countertops, shipping as a crate and a pallet at 1,718 lb together. Against that, this package is $3,138 more and ships as a single 1,107 lb crate. We are not going to tell you which is the better buy from two product pages. Ask for both bills of materials and compare them properly.

Setup

No setup time is published for this configuration. On a 20 ft. span, plan on two to three people and most of a day for a first build. The extrusions pin together and nothing threads, so the work is layout and lifting rather than assembly.

A 20 ft. structure at this weight is the size where union exhibit halls commonly require the hall's own labor for assembly, and some venues also restrict who may move the crate off the dock. The rule is in the show's exhibitor kit, and it belongs in the budget before you plan on your own crew.

Shipping

Shipping on this item is quoted at checkout. At 1,107 lb in a crate it moves by LTL freight, so we confirm the delivery address and the freight cost with you before the order goes into production. At this weight a loading dock or a liftgate changes the cost materially, so tell us which the receiving address has.

Questions

Can it run in a 10 x 10 space? Yes. MODCO is a modular grid, so a portion of the extrusions and graphics builds a 10 ft. wall for a smaller regional show, which lets one hardware purchase cover a mixed show calendar.

Can I reprint single panels? Yes. The frame is reusable and individual SEG panels can be reprinted for a product launch or a rebrand without buying frame.

I already have a graphic from another display. Will it fit these frames? Almost certainly not. An SEG panel is cut to one system's bead gauge, channel depth and panel dimension, and none of that is standardized between manufacturers, so a graphic made for another frame will not tension correctly in this one. What artwork do you need? Print-ready files at the panel sizes, which we will send with the bill of materials. If you do not have artwork at size, send your logo and brand assets and we will build the files.
