20' Round Trade Show Hanging Sign | Overhead Circular Fabric Display

A 20 ft. diameter round hanging sign, the largest in this range. It is built for a large island or a main-hall anchor space, where the sign is a wayfinding device for the whole floor rather than a marker for one booth. Before ordering at this size, check two numbers in the show's exhibitor kit: the maximum hanging sign dimension for your space and the maximum top height. Both are enforced at install, and a sign that breaks either one does not go up.

The frame is extruded aluminum tube in sections joined by push buttons, so no tools are needed, but a 20 ft. ring is assembled flat on the floor by two or more people and then lifted. The graphic is a zippered pillowcase that slides over the ring and zips along the top edge, pulling the fabric taut. Printing is dye sublimation, so the color is in the fabric and will not crack along the fold lines after repeated shows.

Frequently asked questions

How does it get hung? The sign ships with its hanging hardware: cable, chain, spring, eye hooks and locks. You assemble it on the floor and the hall's rigging contractor lifts and suspends it. In most convention centers that contractor is an exclusive and the work is ordered through the show's exhibitor service kit. Rigging labor and lift time are billed by the show, separately from material handling, and a 20 ft. ring needs several rigging points, so order it against the kit's deadline rather than on site.

What is the difference between single-sided and double-sided? On a single-sided sign the graphic prints on the outer face and the inside is plain white or black fabric. On a double-sided sign it prints on both: the outer ring, which the hall sees, and the inner ring, which is what anyone standing under the sign in your booth looks up into. Double-sided roughly doubles the printed area, and the price reflects that.

Can the fabric graphic be washed? Yes. The dye-sublimated stretch fabric can be machine washed on a gentle cycle in cold water and air dried. Do not put it in a dryer.
