15' Round Trade Show Hanging Sign | Overhead Circular Fabric Banner

A 15 ft. diameter round hanging sign for 20x20 and larger islands and for main-hall anchor spaces. At this size the sign is doing a different job from a 5 or 8 ft. ring: it is not marking a booth for people already in the aisle, it is telling someone standing at the hall entrance which direction to walk.

The frame is extruded aluminum tube in sections joined by internal spring buttons and assembles without tools, though a 15 ft. ring is a two-person build on the floor before it is lifted. The graphic is a zippered pillowcase that slides over the ring and zips along the top edge to pull the fabric taut. Printing is dye sublimation, so the color is in the fabric and will not crack where the graphic folds.

Single-sided prints the outer ring with white or black fabric inside. Double-sided prints the inner ring as well. On a sign this size the inner face is a real surface, not an afterthought, and it is the one your own staff and your meeting guests look at all day.

Frequently asked questions

How does it get hung? The sign ships with its hanging hardware: cable, chain, spring, eye hooks and locks. You assemble it on the floor and the hall's rigging contractor lifts and suspends it. In most convention centers that contractor is an exclusive and the work is ordered through the show's exhibitor service kit. Rigging labor and lift time are billed by the show, separately from material handling, and a sign at this diameter usually needs more than one rigging point, which the kit will specify.

Is 15 ft. allowed over my booth? It is intended for a 20x20 island or larger. Shows generally require a hanging sign to stay inside the floor-plan dimensions of the space you rented and under a stated top height, so a 15 ft. ring over a 20x20 leaves two and a half feet of margin on each side. Confirm the height limit in the exhibitor kit before ordering, since that is the rule most often missed.

Can the graphic be replaced later? Yes. The frame is reusable between shows and a replacement zippered fabric graphic can be printed for it when the branding changes.
