Custom Printed Canopy Tents & Pop-Up Event Tents

Custom printed pop-up canopy tents for trade shows, festivals, farmers' markets, sports events and company open houses. The frame is the structure; the printed canopy top, and the walls if you add them, are what make the tent yours. Graphics are dye-sublimated onto polyester that is water-resistant, UV-protected and flame-retardant, so the color is in the cloth rather than on it.

Sizes and frames

Footprints are 10x10, 10x15 and 10x20, with a 5 ft. version for a table-sized space. Frames are steel or aluminum. Steel costs less and weighs more; aluminum is what to buy if the tent goes up and down most weekends or one person has to carry it to the far end of a field. Each product page states the frame material, the packed weight and the wind rating for that tent.

Walls, backdrops and packages

Full walls and half walls print on one or both sides and are ordered separately from the tent. A canopy backdrop closes the back of the tent, which is what turns an open canopy into a booth with a branded wall behind the table. The showcase packages pair a tent with a matching table cover and flag and are priced as a set.

Shipping and setup

Every tent, canopy top, backdrop and showcase package on this page ships free by ground within the 48 contiguous states. The printed half-walls are the one exception, and shipping on those is quoted at checkout. Checked per product rather than assumed.
