Vehicle Wrap

Three films, covering most of what goes on a vehicle.

• 3M IJ180 — Controltac Series 180 cast film. The general-purpose choice for full and partial wraps, fleet graphics and box trucks.
• Arlon DPF 6100XLP — cast film for long-term outdoor work, including panels with rivets and complex curves where the film has to be heated into shape.
• Reflective — 7-year cast 6 mil reflective vinyl with a cast gloss laminate, for emergency vehicles, service fleets and anything that has to be seen at night. Printable width on this one is 46 in. rather than 52 in.

All three are laminated. Lettering and partial graphics on a van or pickup are a different job from a full wrap, and both are quoted the same way.

Sizes and pricing

Priced by the square foot, $100 minimum order. Tell us the year, make and model and what you want covered, and we quote the film, the printing and the installation. A photograph of each side of the vehicle is more useful than measurements.

On material-only orders, shipping is quoted at checkout. Wraps are installed indoors in a climate-controlled bay, which is what keeps the edges from lifting through a Northeast Ohio winter.
