Custom Table Covers & Throws

Custom printed table covers for trade shows, career fairs, corporate events and registration desks — in 4 ft, 6 ft and 8 ft to fit standard folding tables.

Which style do you need?

Classic throw — loose-fitting and draped. Available 3-sided, which leaves the back open so staff can sit and reach storage underneath, or 4-sided for full coverage when the table is viewed from all directions. The most forgiving style if your table size varies.

Fitted cover — sewn to the table's dimensions with squared corners. Crisper and more modern-looking, and it won't shift when someone leans on it. Buy this one when the table is always the same size.

Stretch cover — snug, wrinkle-resistant and sharp. Packs small, travels well, and adapts across a range of table sizes.

Backlit fitted cover — a translucent front panel lit from behind, so the front of the table glows. In a dim hall this pulls attention at exactly the height where people are standing.

How they're printed

Dye sublimation infuses the ink into flame-retardant polyester rather than sitting on top of it. The practical result: the artwork won't crack, peel or wash out, and the covers are machine washable — which matters more than it sounds like it does after a weekend of coffee and handshakes.

A practical note on sizing

Measure the table you'll actually be given, not the one you have in the office. Venues supply 6 ft tables far more often than 8 ft, and a cover sized for the wrong one looks wrong from across the room. If you're unsure, the classic throw is the forgiving choice and stretch is next.

Pair it with a tabletop retractable banner for the standard career-fair setup.
